Positive: Lovely apartment. Good kitchen with all the equipment you should expect, good living room. Helpful and informative hosts. Good location close to a railway station. Only a short bus ride away from an Aldi. The Bern Pass is provided, giving free public transport tickets for transport within Bern. We would stay again if we are coming back to Bern.
Negative: Very little was wrong with the apartment. It was warm inside and we needed to open the windows to get it to a pleasant temperature (we stayed in March and it was circa 10 degrees outside). The bedding was quite rough and there was only one (slightly flat) pillow per person. There was also a lack of toilet paper and we almost ran out during the stay.
